hudson: Promote Mi8917 & Mi8937 & Mi439 to lineage-20

* Mi8917 & Mi8937: Android 6.0/7.1 ~ Android 13, 2016/2017 ~ 2023
* Mi439: Android 9 ~ Android 13, 2019 ~ 2023
* We got k4.19 booting on both, hope they'll survive on Android 14 too :D
* GPU issue on msm8937 k4.19 is fixed! and there're just few issues left on Mi439 k4.19
